Quick action camera launcher not working

Hello friends,

I just bought a Samsung GS9+ and under the camera settings I do not see option for Quick Action Camera Launcher using the Power Key. Does this has to do something with the Intelligent scan / security I have chosen. How to fix this. Please help!

It activated for me when I just hit the power button twice initially. It asked if I wanted this as an action and I clicked yes
