I'm looking for an app to support me on 2 domains.
As a Field Engineer supervisor, I'm in the need to have a tool to "call out" our field engineers in case of an emergency (ex. Key costumer with a failure). I would like to send a message personally or to a group with an easy and quick "Accept" or "Decline" function.
This same app could also help me in coordinating 2 yearly events. I would like to be able to call out a person or group in case of an event (ex. Safety alert or logistic problem)
GPS tracking is not needed, a notification with quick response feature should do the job.
Any suggestions?
