Quick launch for flashlight?

Is there a way to program the flashlight to launch instead of Quick Memo with the volume Up button from a locked screen? I found an app that will do that, but it disables the volume down button, which I use regularly for photos (brilliant job, LG!)

This is the one I saw, and was concerned with the line in the description that said:

* Volume Down button action disabled in Android 5.0 and above due to restrictions from LG".

You guys say I can keep the Volume Down shortcut to launch the camera?

That line just means that app can't change what volume down does. It doesn't break the functionality.

Yes. You're just changing what Volume Up does.
