Quick Phrases Needs a Mysterious Update

So, setting up my shiny new snow 7 Pro, and am seeing this:



There's no Play Store update nor system update. Sadly hitting "Learn more" offers no help ... So I turn to my forum brethren for some insight.

If you look for assistant settings you can find the quick phrases ..nothing too much extra

Good lord do I feel stupid ... "Issue" was I yet to use/active Google Assistant Once I did it downloaded and all is fine

Gonna blame this one on new device excitement brain fart
