no, 2 totally diff networks.....google CDMA (verizon) and GSM (t-mobile)

It will not work on the T-Mobile network because you're talking about two different cellular technologies. I would see if you can get an unlocked Milestone (it's the GSM version of the Droid). I don't know if it's fully compatible with T-Mobile, but it's your best bet.
