I have a nexus 4, no mods or roms etc. Just simple 4.2. I was refreshing my update for the 4.3 but it's not there. I even cleared my Google framework and it's still not there. Now I saw on androidcentral.com an article that gave us the OTA update to flash.

but do I need to unlock my bootloader to do this?

thanks.

it can take up to a few weeks to get the OTA.

well i didn't mean the OTA.

but I was referring to this: Android 4.3 for the Nexus 4 rolling out everywhere, here's the download link | Android Central

actually, yeah i was, haha.. But no worries, i'll just wait patiently.

You can use the package in that article to "sideload," the update. It is the same as receiving the update OTA, and you don't have to unlock your bootloader to do it. You will have to have adb installed on your computer, though.
