Quick Settings Color with Pie

My only complaint with the Pie update is that Samsung themes do not change the color of the quick settings icon buttons or the settings menu. The only way to get rid of that dark blue icon color and bright white setting, text menus, etc is to use the night mode or one of the two high contrast themes in the visual enhancements section. Is there any other way around this?

I had pie on an OG Pixel XL and a Pixel 2 XL and that's the thing I hated the most about it. The blue bubble quick settings icons were atrocious.
It's one of the main reasons I'm trying to prevent the pie update. That and all the gripes seen here.

Some themes will get rid of the bright blue accent color, but most of mine didn't until I updated them. My favorites from Oreo dont work right even after updating, but there are plenty that do.

I didn't. I'm still on Oreo and am fighting to stay there.

I have over 50 themes. Updated them all. Have yet to see one change the settings, quick menu color, etc. They used to on oreo.

My quick settings are green on blue and I can't change the color. I've tried themes and nothing touches the quick settings. How do I change them so I can see them?

I'm on pie, I think you have to choose a theme that changes them. I have several from Alex Pie that I really like and they all change the quick settings icons and shade colors to match the theme.
