Quick Settings Lock Button

When I press the Quick Settings lock menu item all it does is turn the screen off. You would think it would lock the device. Anyone know how to get it to lock the device or is it a bug?

Works fine on mine. Any chance you were using Smart Lock function? When you do neither the button nor the Quick Settings icon lock the phone. They only turn off screen.

No, not doing any of the smart lock functions.
