How do you change or add quick settings? I accidentally clicked invert colors in the settings and undid it but now its in my quick settings. I have no idea how to get it out of there or why it went there.

If you mean that Settings is in your recently used list (long-press the home button), that's because it was recently used. You can swipe it off if you don't like seeing it there, but its being there doesn't do anything.

I think you'll find this link useful:

tl;dr version:
1) Set the date on the phone back in the past by 30 days or more.
2) Tap the invert colors toggle, then change it back.
3) Change the date back.

You should be all set after that.
