Quick share videos from S22 Ultra to ZFold3

Hi, I don't know if any of you have had the issue, but when I send a video from my S22 Ultra to my wife's Z Fold3 via quick share she cannot upload it to Instagram... I've checked all the camera settings, aspect ratio and Fps all identical but videos sent to her from my phone won't upload, had anyone else come across this? Of this topic had already been covered please direct me to the thread thanks!

I know you said you checked the camera settings, but just double-checking that you have "Reduce File Size" (AKA HEVC format) turned off in the Advanced Recording Options. Also, has she tried moving the video to, say, the camera folder (wonder if Instagram doesn't have permission to access the Downloads one)? How is she uploading the video, directly from the app or using the 'Share' menu from the Gallery and/or Video app?

Yes, the reduce file size is turned Off on both phones, I had her move the video from the quick share folder to an album but that didn't help, also we tried to upload the video both from the Instagram app and from the photo album neither worked...
