Quicker way to access and use Google Pay?

Much rather use Google Pay than Samsung Pay.

Is there a quick and easy way to use Google Pay? I know I can just place the phone near the NFC terminal when I need to pay, but it uses my default card and there are times, depending on where I am, I need to use a different card.

With my OnePlus phone, I was able to hold down the power button to then see my google pay cards, then select them. I am wondering if there is such a way to do that with my Samsung phone? Good lock? Or able to swipe up from bottom but instead of Samsung pay, google pay?

I haven't used Google Pay in awhile so not sure you can set it up the way you want.

The swipe up feature in Samsung is exclusive for Samsung Pay

Settings -> Advanced Features-> Side Key -> Under "Double Press" choose "Open App" and browse to the app you want to open.
