Yeah, me too. Worse, I bought the QuickOffice Pro that was the upgrade for the pre-installed app on the Xoom...then the Pro HD came out and I bought that with the something-20 code for a discount. Never even got any reply at all to my queries and support ticket to the company. I like the app, but horrible customer service in my view. I guess I still have 30 days to refund the original purchase.

Ugh I think I just got jobbed....I paid for the app but it wanted me to create an account so I did that prior to downloading and now I can't seem to get back to the download link.

Docs2go is better at PowerPoint. It seems like anyone can do docs and spreadsheets, but PP is a problem.

I listened to another member raving about this and saying it was better than docs2go, in particular, so I bought it. Foolish me for taking the review serious. Too many people on these forums talk out their butts.

It took over 15 minutes for me to register and check it out completely. By that time it was too late to refund. An e-mail to their site, requesting a refund, went unanswered.

Downloaded this after receiving the email. Having challenges with the excel and ppt that I downloaded to try out with docs to go. Formatting on ppt is not good and won't open any of my excel files. Will be back home tomorrow to re-download from my laptop to see if the files work.
