Qwerty keyboard shortcuts

Hello everyone,

I'm considering to buy a htc chacha. But before I do so, I would like to know if it is able to have keyboard shortcuts like some other android qwerty devises.

The setting can be found on some android devises by going to: settings>applications>quick launch and it will look a lot like this:

Hello, just got my Status today and yes it does have those shortcuts available.

There are also a few "push and hold" shortcuts like for the camera.
