Hi, I have a LG Optimus V and I rooted it and put the RA-thunderc-1.1.0-GNU recovery on it. Through a series of unfortunate events I am stuck in a Recovery Mode loop! I think I can fix it if I can connect with adb but I don't know how to get my phone in debug mode when I am stuck in recovery mode!

i'm assuming you have all the LG drivers installed... if so try turning your phone off. plug the usb cable in to the computer. then plug the cable into the phone, where it would just be charging, you should see the device being recognized by the drivers. from their i guess you could use superoneclick to get a shell root and then in a command prompt flash_image a recovery
