Radiation from Camera focus on LG G3?

This might seem paranoid, but repeated exposure to laser focusing means more radiation for the phone owner, correct? I've read several reviews that say it is truly a laser, apparently infra red is used for close up pictures -- lasers mean radiation, correct?

Looking at images of the phase detection focusing module, it appears that they are using diodes, and not any sort of amplifier or oscillator.

I imagine they pass the light emitted from the diodes through a plastic filter to create IR light. So, not really a laser. Just a very bright set of diodes and some filters to get the desired results.

There are also pretty strict regulations on the amount of power and radiation levels of any laser that's not mounted in a way so that it can't be pointed at a person, so either way it should be relatively harmless.

The "R" in laser stands for radiation, correct. But if it's a laser like the Oneplus 2, which a class 1, it's harmless.
