Radio Shack/HTC play store credit question

I'm on Sprint. My wife is eligible for an upgrade. I'm not for another 2 months. I'm contemplating using my wife's upgrade to get the HTC One at Radio Shack before the $100 play store credit deal expires. Here's my questions:

1. If I burn her upgrade, then transfer the phone to my line, am I still eligible for the play store credit? Or does the phone have to stay on her line to get the $100?

2. Same question for the HTC $25 credit.

3. Can you get both the Radio Shack and HTC credits simultaneously?
