random app download

has anyone ever had an app just show up on your previously dowloaded list? i have a couple and one of them is a sex app that my wife thinks i downloaded but i didnt.

The only thing I can think of is that there is another android phone signed to the same account, It may not show up on your phone but you can still see it in the google play store as purchased/downloaded
