This is a wacky phone, data is all over the place, one minute 4 bars next 2 then 3 then 5 back to one and then no network -- ALL WITHOUT MOVING PHONE AN INCH, and sure I live in an area with no 4G yet but common this is ridiculous. Coming from its sister carrier network Virgin Mobile, this sucks, knowing that VM is only locked to a couple towers while Sprint is all over (or should be). Also I get better data (which is a surprise) from Virgin Mobile than Sprint. And then the interference is this a CDMA phone or GSM???? I have this bad boy sitting next to my stereo, like I do with my old phone, and it goes all static like it was a GSM phone!

Holy crap this thing has a SIM CARD!! So is it GSM or modified CDMA?? and thanks jdeck6910 will post pic soon

EDIT: When I pulled the card it also shut down my network and data, so this phone is SIM reliant
This phone can also roam off of GSM, and in the hidden menu there is mention of a GSM chip, so I am think CDMA Hybrid
