Random dialing

Has anyone experienced while using your phone it randomly calls someone or sometimes when you call one of your contacts it automatically ends call and calls someone else? Currently using a tmobile note 4.

Yes and no. Yes at times it will randomly call out the last person I texted and no for the calling someone else. The most frustrating thing is on occasion when ending a call and pressing the home button the dialer will redial the person again. Also using T-Mobile. For the most part these annoyances don't happen to often.
