Random notification vibrations

I was receiving random vibrating notifications (a LOT of them) and couldn't figure out where they were coming from, but someone introduced me to an app called NICE CATCH which shows you your most recent notifications. It's free in you Galaxy app store.

Yes! there were 3 apps that were causing the issue. but the guy who showed it to me used to it find what apps was causing commercials on his lock screen
