Random Phone hutdown Has Become Worse

This is a known issue - the only resolution that I have seen is to return it and get a different one.
 
i just got a replacement. call 800-801-1101 and they will help. tell them you have already tried a new OEM battery or they will ask you to do that first. i got the new one next day (today) so fingers crossed...
 
I just got a new phone from the AT&T Corporate Store today. As soon as my phone turned off I left home not to long after to get a new one. Thanks for the suggestion.

They tried to send me another battery after they had me do a Factory reset which didn't work, i told them forget that i wont another phone...... mine should be in the mail.
