Random reboot- re-activates phone?

Getting random reboots once and a while.

But lately when phone reboots it sometimes comes up click here to complete activation.

Anyone else have this issue?

could it be a bad sim card?

Happens once in a while, could definitely be kernel related. Try raising the voltages in your kernel settings like 25 across all slots, test it out, raise more if the random reboots don't stop. Remember if you don't click Set at Boot you'll have to reapply the changes every time you reboot.

Are you still on codename rom/kernel? It's a known issue for some phones. Also be sure you're updated to the latest kernel.

Mine also has this problem. Sporadic though. But it does happen. Liquid beta5 w/included imoseyon kernel

I've only had one reboot since launch day. I guess it could be SIM related. Is verizon going to get another card to try? If that doesn't fix it, you could try reflashing your ROM, leave all the settings set at the defaults, and elect to NOT install any apps. Run it for a day or two and see if it reboots. If it's not the SIM, it would seem likely that it's related to either a bad ROM/kernel setting or an app conflict.
