Random reboot

The last couple of days my nexus has rebooted a couple of times and when it comes back up it says activation complete any idea what is going on? Thanks

had the same problems..but also had total device freezing as well. was not sure if it was something i did messing with flashing kernels or vzw network issues. but the issues subsided after a few days..and some tweaks to my kernel updater.

What were you doing when you did that? Used to happen to me when streaming Spotify. That activation thing = it forcing itself to find a signal.
