Could be a bad flash. Just because the processor is overclockable to 800+ doesnt mean every one of them will. My ati video card fails hard when overclocked. But my buddy has the same exact brand, we bought them 2 days apart and he can overclock the heck out of his.

Backup everything and flash again. Im gonna bet you have a bad flash.

My phone is rock solid at 600 but if I overclock it even to 729 I get reboots and forced closed messages all the time.

I have been using this phone for months this way could it really be a bad flash? It was fine until recent.

Yes.

What have you installed recently? I would bet a app is causing this. Everything seemed fine because your phone wasnt trying to do extra stuff. You installed a new app that required some extra multi-tasking and now the phone is having issues.

Another cause could be a app borked your system. That is why you should be selective with what and where you get apps. (Not saying your not)

if it was fine until recently the explanation is sort of obvious. More than likely its something you installed recently. The reality is hardware does go bad.

Completely format everything, including sd card reflash, and try again. If it continues to happen then it could be hardware.

I am guessing you must have tryed a root app or a script like for example v6 supercharged "ONLY EXAMPLE " your best bet would be to do a full wipe and delete any script /apps taking up space on your SD card. Always have a backup just in case ;)
