Random reboots with Sense 4.1

I was hoping the latest HTC software update on 8/27/12 (2.13.651.1 710 RD) would improve things in general, but my experience has been seriously disappointing. I'm now getting random reboots once or twice a day. The phone will just restart (with the "HTC quietly brilliant" and Sprint splash screens) while sitting on my desk and even once when I was about to make a call.

This never happened before the update, though I did get those common Sense restarts on occasion - and even those are happening more often now.

Anyone else seeing this?

Beginning to really miss my trusty old EVO 4G :(

I used to get at least one per day,, some days more but happy to report not one since the update.

You may need to do a factory reset

I've had mine since pre-order and have never had a random reboot.

I've heard that one....complete factory reset should fix it.

Yep, since the last update I've been experiencing this too. It's happened about 5-6 times... This wasn't an issue before the update. I couldn't send or receive text messages yesterday afternoon to this morning. Called Sprint.this morning, and they did some refreshes, and text messages started working. I've done the hard resets to no avail. I'm going to keep monitoring this, and I hope it goes away.
