Ok guys I saw months ago that the Thunderbolt was having random Restarts, I never experienced them till now. I thought the last update months ago fixed it. Why am I experiencing them now?

They were never completely eliminated, but drastically reduced (via software updates). Although admittedly, I haven't had any since the MR2 software updates last summer. Besides the software fixes, if memory serves, it was also suspected that the cell signal had a lot to do with the issue. Have you noticed any difference in signal strength? Are you in a new area than you used to be? Is the phone on 3G or LTE? Any recent changes in the phone (ex. new apps)?

No nothing has changed does it in both 3 & 4G, Only thing I have noticed is that almost all of my apps have updated in the last couple weeks, when this started.

I forgot to ask before, what software version are you on (Menu, Settings, About Phone, Software Information)? Latest is 2.11.605.9 (under Software number).

If you're on the latest software, it's possible that an app update is causing a crash/reboot. You can try uninstalling updates or the whole app one at a time to try to isolate it. Or just go straight to a master (factory) reset which will put the device back to a known clean state (backup data to SD card before doing though). If still a problem may be a hardware issue.

Funny, I NEVER got them on the original OS or the MR1 when they were supposedly a problem. I started getting them with MR2 and beyond. Not often, but maybe once a month now. Usually they happen either when I'm driving or when I connect or disconnect from my laptop.

I have just started experiencing the reboots again. Haven't had any since flashing MR2 way back when. Been running Bamf Forever 1.11 with the newest radio for a few months now and have had two reboots in the past two days.
