Random Screen Activity

The tablet is a 2014 Note 10.1 running 4.4.2. Not constantly, but every so often its as if something takes over the tablet activity. There doesn't seem to be a pattern I can determine. Usually starts with the right side slide out tray/folder/menu of apps. It will open and close by itself many times. Apps may start or minimize. And actions inside apps will take place. Its either (IMO) something with the OS or a conflict between either an app and the OS or with another app. These actions happen with the tablet just sitting and no one touching it. This activity can't be controlled when it starts. Anyone else experience this, heard of this, or know what is causing this? Other than this issue the tablet runs fine. The problem happens for about 2-3 minutes every other day. Thanks in advance for any insights.

It's probably a bad unit. You should probably return it under warranty and get a new one.

Been quite a while using this note 10.1. For whatever reason the random movements of items on the screen has stopped. This was before the big OS update. Have no clue why.
