Random Secure Folder Pop Up?

Hey so I was lying in bed playing Animal Crossing Pocket Camp (It's highly addicting, I'm not sure if that's important to the story) when I saw one of those grey message bubbles pop up at the bottom of my screen. It said something along the lines of "App not compatible with secure folder" or "App not able to update" one of those two. I got so freaked out that I didn't think to take a screenshot. Secure folder was not open and I hadn't unlocked it beforehand. I'm a bit paranoid now haha. Could someone explain this? It didn't even say what app it was and there was no notification on the notification bar. It was there for five seconds and then boom- gone.

Probably one of the apps in your secure folder tried to update and something went wrong.

You have secure folder turned off in notifications pull down panel?
