Random shutdowns?

I love this phone, but I have had 2 random shut downs.

Yesterday it was literally in my hand and it shut itself off. And then last night it was on the wireless charger and when I woke up the phone had turned itself off again.

I tried a factory reset and it has not fixed the issue

Also i am definitely not getting VoLTE or WiFi Calling on T-Mobile

Interesting. I'm having no shutdown/reboot issues at all on Cricket, however I'm not using HD-Voice. Good luck in your troubleshooting. After you did the reset, did you add more apps or are you operating it with the just the factory apps? (just ruling out an app being the cause)

Hmm, I did not run it bare bones, I installed all my apps back.

However it is so random, it doesn't happen regularly or when I have a specific app open
