On contract.? No,199 for the one x+,and 299 for the note 2. 549 for the one x+ off contract and I'm not too sure about the note 2.

Let's be honest; Apple's not to blame here. The problem is that the Australians built their city in the wrong place. Had they waited for iOS 6 to come out, they could have built it in the correct location, but they went ahead and just guessed at where they were supposed to build it. So when you get right down to it, it's the Australians' fault, not Apple's.
