Suppose it is good cardio mate.
Its actualy a very heavy leather ball fulla feels like lead ive got lol chained onto door frame, im mostly just usin it to practice one punch knock outs, bottoms set couple inch above my chin n im practiching a lot of upper cuts since ive never used or seen anyone use it in real life
Sometimes i open up and hit it 30 times but its pointless unless im hitting like a standing dead dude lol
