What's wrong with ZTE?

My experience with the shop my friend runs is many complaints on zte products suffering from a random bye bye shut off once the ac cord is removed after being fully charged. They still turn on if you connect the ac cord but as soon as cord is plugged its like if the battery was pulled. Meaning it isn't pulling power from the battery at all even though it charges it and reads it since its being powered by the ac cord.

A battery replacement wont fix it so something in their devices within the battery reader contacts or the board itself burns out which stops the battery from powering the device. Makes sense seeing as 14 complaints this past month most have said it happened after they unplugged it from over night charging.

This has happened at least 40% of the time with devices sold that were zte.. They're nice cheap devices but so far zte refuses to ever tell us why this happens. They're warranty process is horrible too... repair took 1 month and a half for some devices. One time a device even came back broken on screen lol!

My overall advise is avoid zte unless you're on a $100 to 160 USD budget looking for a temporary device. Most of the complaints of this issue happened with the recent zte warp and warp sequent. Maybe it has been fixed on newer coming devices? Sorry for long post but it might be useful. :)

It uses the S-pen as well doesn't it? I'm jealous. :P

Yes, it does! The s-pen was one of the main reasons I chose this tablet. It's amazing!

Ps: Octo, when are you gonna play for me on g+ again? I miss it!
