Randomized MAC and SSID on Note 20 Ultra

I'm using my WiFi, with xfinity router in bridge-mode, and I saw something suspicious, so I changed my password, on my Router. I changed it on my phone, and was waiting on my router app, looking to approve the new phone being ME.
It looks like, the MAC Addy stayed the same. Is this normal, or does the randomized MAC change only when you changed the SSID?
