Razr 2025 Ringtone issues

I just got this phone. I set up my personal ringtone. It works great unless I am in my car. (2018 Chevy Cruze). When I get a call in the car a second system type ringtone plays in addition to my personal one.

Why and how do I disable or delete it? TIA.

Is that second ringtone actually playing over the car's speakers? If so, that's most likely the car's own ringtone -- you typically can't change that.
