Razr + issue with Galaxy 4 watch Notifications Gmail, Messages

Just got RAZR + phone sunday noticed today i am not getting gmail and text notication from phone to samsung 4 watch.
Tried just about everything, checked notification set for apps,reset watch, rebooted phone.
It may get a couple notifications then nothing again.
Guess I reset phone and try

reset both watch and razr seems to be working

RAZR+ is also not playing nice with the Sammaing Galaxy buds 2 pro. I have found the BT connectivity is definitely not as strong and stable compared to the Zflips and Zfolds.
