RAZR - Size of /system

I've been using SafeStrap 3.11 and a custom ROM for quite a while, but now I've returned to stock. Titanium Backup tells me that the size of the /system partition is 667Mb with only 14.8Mb remaining. Is that the normal size? I'm wondering if SS somehow affected the size, since it seems small.

Thats about right. The system partition is about that size. Partition Table from the Play Store reports mine as 667mb. You should have ALOT more free space on there though.
