The only reason I stumbled across this, is that I switched jobs about a week after my ICS update.
So on my personal phone I had my old work (EDCOE) email set up. That was under the old OS, once I upgraded to ICS it still worked fine. I got to my new job (RUSD) and a co -worker couldn't add the RUSD account to his ICS razr. So I tried adding the RUSD account to my ICS razr, and to my surprise... I couldn't not add it either. So for fun, I decided to remove my EDCOE account from my personal razr, I was unable to readd it. Then I got my work razr from RUSD and it had the old OS on it. On the old OS I was able to add both RUSD and EDCOE accounts. But I am unable to once it's upgraded to ICS.

So far I'm on Lvl 4 tech support with motorola... but I thought I would check in here and see if anyone had a similar issue.
