RCA 7" tablet prob.

My RCA tablet keeps on crashing and saying its dead after i charged it to 100% and only used it for 3 minutes.

Welcome to Android Central! How old is it? The battery could be failing, and since there's no easy way to replace it (short of taking it apart yourself or sending it in for repairs), it's probably a lost cause. Another possibility is some other hardware failure, which isn't that surprising for a budget off-brand device like this.
