Android Central Question

Hello, my RCA tablet will not load beyond the black screen which says Galileo Pro. It'll go passed the white screen with the dogs but that's it. Left it on for a couple hours on multiple occasions and it will not load.

It initially crashed while I was updating apps. My fault I guess, it told me memory was full and I hit the button to update anyway. All trusted apps from the play store, I mostly just use this tablet for writing.

I have used the method of pressing the volume up and power keys to enter the system menu and it works fine. I initially cleared the cache, tried again. Nothing. So I reset to factory defaults and tried again. Same results.

I did notice that if I run system diagnostics it tells me that 14 files have been changed, even after resetting to factory defaults.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you ask if I can do something that I stated I did in my question?

And then link me information to use the create account button at the top of the screen?

Hi, welcome

I invited you to communicate here , because I didn't quite understand what you have Tried, and wanted verification.

Sorry if that's a snarky response but your answer just seems... The opposite of helpful. I can usually fix my computers on my own just fine. I have at least some technical skills. This tablet is being no responsive though. I think I'm going to need to boot and reinstall the OS from a USB or SD, but not sure.

Yes you did come off snarky, it was not a answer but a question that I wanted to know with verification, as you know I dont have your device in my hands to understand the situation.

Sounds like you would have to try flash the firmware again , how old the tablet? And what andriod version was it running?
