RCA Voyager III Google apps problem communicating with Google server

[Android Central Question]

I am trying to set up a tablet for a young person but I cannot use most of the google apps. I especially want to use the Play store but I keep getting the message "problem communicating with Google Server.

How can I fix this problem?
