The tablet is not loading up tried factory reset and it is still not working

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that the tablet is not loading up? Do you mean that the screen is stuck on the boot logo?

I have a walmart RCA rct6973w43 that will not finish the setup wizard and is getting the proces system isn't responding that in a white box on the screen.
some times i see a welcom screen behind the mesages.

This happend after a factory reset

Welcome to Android Central! Why did you do a factory reset to begin with? Was it malfunctioning beforehand?

Yes it was running slow and hangin up if to many apps where open

no waranty it about 3 or 4 years old it was a $40 tablet it has a limited menu of options to update or factory rest it
I can see the files when I plug it in to a pc

What files do you see? Are you sure you're not just accessing an inserted SD card?
