Re-installing Apps on replacement Incredible

So, I had to get a replacement Incredible (boo. hiss.)

I didn't realize how much I had tweaked my phone until I had to stat over!

Things are going along more or less smoothly except for reinstalling a couple of apps.

Some installed just fine. But so far two - specifically - Handcent SMS and Beautiful Widgets keep saying install unsuccessful.

One of them was purchased. One was free.

Any ideas why I am having trouble and any ideas on what to do?

Did you try restarting the phone and then try installing them?
