Re-Root after ICS update

My wife has a Rezound. I simply rooted it then removed most of the bloatware when she got it. Now the ICS update has been trying to push and leaving her phone in recovery when the update fails. I worked my tail off today to get ICS onto it. During the process, I had to perform a "fastboot oem lock". Now in Hboot it shows "locked" at the top. It's also currently S-Off. I've been reading, and playing and I can't figure out what to do next. Do I have to root it again? Is there a different method to do so than when it was GB? So I just "unlock" it again with Fastboot?

Thanks in advance.

I unlocked the Bootloader using the original .BIN file HTC sent me when we first got the unit. I guess I need to load a new recovery now?

Still looking for advice, but pushing on anyway...

I'd like to know as well. Can't get it to root after the update. I've tried all the tips but none of them work...

You need super SU to root. Check the guide in the rooting section for the link.

Also if a Mod can move this to the rooting section that would be great..

Sorry I dropped it in the wrong area. I'll check out the guide now. I've been doing this for a while but I'm usually a loose cannon about it. Haven't bricked anything...yet. Maybe I'll learn my lesson one day.

Thanks again!

I'm new to this site and am not good with this kind of thing. Trying to root my Rezound post ICS update. I've unlocked it, just need to root it now. Where is the rooting section?
