re-show on screen tips again

Hi guys, I have the F320K korea version (olleh). How do I re-show this tips again when I check the "Do not show this again" in the Tips window?

I can't see the help app or any settings options.

Welcome to Android Central! Not sure if this will work, but go to System Settings/Apps/All, and try to find the Tips app (if there is one). If you find it, tap the selection, then tap "Clear Defaults." If that doesn't work or isn't an option, try Clear Cache or Clear Data for that app.
