Hey guys, I've had my Intercept for a little over a month now. I really like it; it has all the functions i need, and the slide keypad is perfect for me.
However, I am having an issue where it seems to go from 4 bars, to 2, to none. Right back to 1 or 4, back to 4.
And this is when the phone is just sitting here on my desk. I drop calls constantly, and will have to call someone 2-3 times and hope I stay connected.
I've had other services and have not had a coverage issue before.(i live in the Suburbs NW of Chicago). I'm not sure if it's the phone, a coverage issue, or some kind of technical thing.
Any advice or tips is appreciated.
