The 800 MHZ Processor is actually Faster then our slow crippled 1GHZ Processor...

we got Screwed with the GPU in the EVO... The 205 is an awesome GPU

and the processor is capable of speeds up to 1.7 GHZ

So Step back I think not...

some people are serious about being clueless. i mean, if it's made by a well known quality manufacturer with high quality parts targeted at one demographic and meeting those needs, it's the best thing evar, but if its made by the same company presumably with equal materials and to run on the same type of network with a few modifications for a different demographic, its crap.

Its an Evolution for the form factor...

lemme point out a Negative...

No Kickstand and No Big Screen... Okay these are big draws on the EVO

I will Really miss those features Buttttt I will not miss the bulk in my pocket

The EVO really isnt that Bulky but when you have tighter Jeans on having that thing in ur pocket is a pain

i can pretty firmly say after holding a g2 that i like the feel of that phone better. unfortunately i can't wait until this comes out to do an irl comparison of the two.

it's a step sideways. sprint really needs to fill the mid size gap in their lineup and this does it in impressive fashion. alot of people don't want a tablet to carry around and alot of others don't like the look of the epic. this is right in the middle. it looks like the evo, has a keyboard and is mid size.

Its still there, adding more bulk then the eVO already has

thats just silly. the evo will still be much bulkier due to the immense width it has. unless the shift is an inch and half thick, i think it will be fine.

and if you use a case on the evo, it's a wash for thickness.
