READ Verizon's Customer Agreement!

I'm just putting this out there. In the agreement it states:

"If you change your device or receive a Service promotion, you may be required to change your Plan to one that we are currently offering at that time."

I'm wondering if this is Verizon's loophole to screw us out of our unlimited data. When you activate a new phone, you are "changing your device"...

FYI, I thought this was a little bit overboard too, HOWEVER, my cousin spent 3 hours on the phone and at the store arguing about the unlimited. They told him they wouldn't activate it if he didnt move to shared plan. He pre ordered on 6/6. Finally got them to relent.... But it took a whole lot of work

There's really no need to go to the store or call customer service to activate a pre-ordered phone. Just save yourselves the aggravation and do it online.
