Reading entire text chain after 2.0 update?

After updating to 2.0 I have been unable to read all the text messages that are coming in, I can only see the most recent one. For example I see "John Smith (4)" and then the most recent message underneath it but I cannot figure out any way to see the other 3 messages. Does anyone know how to pull up the entire text chain without looking at your phone?

Don't know if this matters but I am using a s7 edge.
