Reading text out loud

Is there a way to set up the phone to just read texts aloud by hitting s voice and saying read text like siri does.

"Car mode" is the only way to do it from the device. Other than that... an app may do it as well

Yes s Voice will work, it will read your text out loud. there is also an app called speaktoit that I use in the Play Store

Not on my edge. It only reads out the name of the texter.

I use an app called readittome it's not perfect but it does work well.
