Reading texts over bluetooth- please help.

Hello, I just got a Verizon Galaxy 5 over the weekend. I am coming from a Lumia Windows 8 phone. The Windows phone would read texts to me over my car's bluetooth and I am trying to figure out a way to get my new Galaxy 5 to do this too. Any tips on how I can get this to happen? I did come across an app that seems to do it (Text Aloud), but I was told by a Samsung salesman I can do it through S Voice or Google. I enabled Car mode but it didn't seem to do anything. Any help would be appreciated. Coming from Windows Phone I am quite overwhelmed with all the features and settings, but excited to actually have apps now.

I believe this can be achieved in car mode you may want to check this is quick settings if you load it it will give you the option to READ SMS only.

Samsung Car mode works great and does what I want. However it will only work if I use Bluetooth audio in my car. It does not work over Bluetooth phone. That means I can't listen to anything to use it over bluetooth. Very strange.
